Do not buy from here especially if International customer
1. Quality is extremly poor. If they were Zara prices it would still be poor quality so for the amount they charge it is outrageous.
2. The international returns timeline is way to fast considering it takes about 2-2.5 weeks to arrive.
3. Customer service is really poor and they try to write generic push back to you without listening.
4. Unempathetic during a PANDEMIC unless you keep pushing. It shouldn't be that way.
5. The returns process is so complex with so many steps. I have never seen anything like it
6. They charge you a large enough fee to return items (in my case 10% of the garment cost!)
7. Take a look at the other reviews here. I am not surprised at the amount of unhappy customers
Terrible company. Lots of effort on marketing and none on customer service. Odd sizing. No return and no exchange policy on anything that's gone on sale.
Unbelievably terrible packaging. Formal dresses are delivered all wrinkly like they throw customers clothing at them. Can't believe that they even focus on sustainability but don't mind that the dress should only be dry cleaned. Just stay away from them.

I ordered from them because I needed a dress and I couldn’t find second hand or in a more than average sustainable way. I followed the size guide and it ended up behind too loose on me but from what I read on here I’ll try to fix it instead of returning. I liked the service overall although it took a while to arrive (more than a month). I was really disappointed to see the dress was made in China (although I checked back and they say it in the website). I think overall it’s a bit greenwashing
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ended up having to report them to the Trading Standards. So... Yes, the clothes looked great in the photographs but they're not even close to the ones you actually get. The sizing was all off too so I contacted them to return the items and was told I couldn't - which is nuts for a company wanting to be green and also against the EU laws!. It took me months of email exchanges for them to finally offer a return and guess what, months after sending them the clothes, no refund! I still had to go and chase them for my money. Don't think I ever had a worse experience of buying clothes online!
Reformation, please make dresses that are covered. Not all women like to show their cleavage or have a slit in their dress up til their thigh. It is very rare when I see classy and covered dresses like this. I do like the reformation dresses and how they are fitted up top and flowy at the hips. I also like the cut at the waist (it cuts lower than the natural line) making the dresses good for women with longer torsos. Sometimes other dresses that are not Reformation dresses are cut at the natural waist line or even higher and it is not flattering and can even be used as a maternity dress at times. Please and thank you!
Reformation is cheating their customers with their return policy. I ordered the Nyla dress online, tried it on once, and then sent it back in the mail because it was too tight and cheap-looking. A few weeks later, I got an email telling me that they were sending me back the dress because it wasn't in new condition. When I protested, they said it was because there was a deodorant mark on the lining of the dress, which maybe got there when I tried it on. I went back and forth with their customer service, with no luck. It's appalling that I am being charged $200 for a dress I cannot wear just because I tried it on once!
I love Reformation. They are sustainable, and also carry very cute clothing. As with most places that are better for the environment, they are a bit pricier than some places. That being said, I love how they always offer free shipping, exchanges, and returns, and also have great customer service. These things make them stand out from other similar shops and almost make me feel like spending a bit more can be justified. So far, their quality is great as well.
Reformation is known for being a sustainable, ethical, and an elegant brand. Having bought a dress from them myself, I can say with confidence that their clothes are high quality, true to size, and as far as I can see, sustainable. Due to these factors, their clothes are of course on the slightly more expensive side, but it is worth it if you're looking to get some long lasting pieces.
The shipping took a while (10-15 days), most likely due to me ordering the dress around christmas, which is a chaotic time for shipping. The sizing only goes up to about 12 on dresses, and while there is variety on dresses and their patterns/colors, the actual styles of the dresses can be quite similar, usually differing in texture or cut a little bit. Reformation is definitely one of those brands where you just know that it's "the reformation dress" when you wear it or see it.
The annoying thing is that the website will not only show the same dress in multiple colors on one tab, but it'll show the same dress multiple times in those different colors/patterns, which means that it's a bit more chaotic to shop for clothes if you don't have anything specific in mind to shop for. Also, different color or pattern options will cost more than others of the exact same dress, which doesn't really make sense. My overall experience though, was great, and even as an hourglass figure, I was able to fit into my usual size S (there are measurements for each garment on their website)
I have made multiple purchases from Reformation over the past year. The quality in my opinion is pretty decent with my pieces very fashion forward and chic. I have had zero issues with returning items as I followed their returns policy. The company refunded me on one occasion when fedex delivered my package to the wrong address. As for others complaining about not getting a refund on final sales items, to me the notice was clear when looking at the item prior to purchase.
I had shopped from Reformation a few times and I was familiar with their return & exchange policy. However, I just shopped during their ongoing 70% sale, without realizing that all items included in it were for "final sale", as there was not and there is still not, proper notice. All websites, in my experience, include any terms related to an ongoing sale with the sale announcement, but Reformation does not. The "final sale," meaning no returns and no exchanges, policy can only be found under the Returns Policy section and the only notice in this case, is the remark "final sale" with small black letters, placed under the item's name, if you view it in a separate page. The order confirmation I got included the standard Reformation return policy, which allows for returns and exchanges. I only realized that the items I purchased were not returnable, when I got the shipping confirmation email, in which, the final sale remark was finally very obvious. I had no option to cancel my order at that point and I contacted Reformation, as I had ordered items I was unsure about their fit & size, having in mind the option to return, as usual. Customer service refused to make an exception, even though I explained the situation and even though my order had just shipped and it was clearly placed without me being aware of the sale terms, caused by their quite inconspicuous notice on the website. They said that my comments would be provided to their marketing team, but there has been no change in the way they present the sale on the website since. When I expressed my disappointment and intention never to shop from Reformation again, the response I received was that I was "more than welcome to shop where ever makes me happiest." A remark, which in my opinion, except for being rude, also expressed that Reformation does not value its customers.
My dress never arrived. No one was able to help me at all not even the delivery service. I was basically told tough luck were not liable and apparently neither is the deliver service? So i spent 200+ on a dress im never going to get.
Update! I finally heard back from the delivery service apparently it had been returned overseas to the uk for some reason but id never been refunded, when i emailed them about a refund they stopped replying completely

Low quality product for the price. Can't call and get a live person for customer service. Only 21 day return policy for regular items. I won't be purchasing their clothes again ever. For all of their purported concern for the environment and their workers, they certainly treat their customers like crap.
